Working with us is simple and efficient. From the first contact, through the actual event, we work closely with you to create the event that YOU want at your office, or meeting facility. Here’s all that happens in 3 easy steps.
Step 1: Simply complete our contact form, or give us a call. We’ll listen to your needs and offer a program that fits your group size and budget. We’ll then provide a short proposal that will explain all of the details and provide all-inclusive pricing. Once the date, location, and event have been determined, we’ll follow up with a simple contract confirming all of the details.
Step 2: One of our professional facilitators will call you a few days prior to your program to introduce themselves and confirm their time of arrival and event location. You can expect them to arrive 1-2 hours in advance and load in all of the game materials. We are always ready 15, or more minutes prior to your event start time.
Step 3: We’ll bring all of the necessary materials, games, sound system, and even the awards for the winning team. Within 30 minutes of the program’s conclusion, we will have cleaned and packed everything we brought and left the facility just as it was when we arrived.
